ABOUT VIALEN HEALTH

Built for the gap between finding that a treatment exists and knowing whether it creates a real path for this case.

Advanced therapies and specialist expertise are not available uniformly across healthcare systems. Vialen helps make relevant options easier to understand, evaluate and pursue.

Where institutional workflows break.

A recurring exception can look simple in a network directory but still require manual assembly: a named clinical review, confirmed provider acceptance, a normalized scope and quote, sequencing across teams, explicit exclusions, and a medically usable handoff back home.

One specialty. One origin population. One defined route.

THE VIALEN STANDARD

A credible route is defined by judgment, evidence and a clean handoff.

Verify the route. Keep medical decisions with licensed clinicians. Return the episode cleanly to the home team.

THE VIALEN STANDARD

A credible route is defined by judgment, evidence and a clean handoff.

Evidence: verify the treatment and receiving route. Boundaries: licensed clinicians keep medical decisions. Handoff: access only counts when care can return home coherently.

THE VIALEN STANDARD

EVIDENCE

We verify the treatment, the receiving team, the intake route and what is still unknown.

BOUNDARIES

Vialen does not diagnose, prescribe or replace the patient’s licensed physicians.

HANDOFF

If the case advances, treatment scope, records and return-home context are organized so care does not disappear at the border.

FOUNDER

Forrest Wang

Founder, Vialen Health

Forrest Wang founded Vialen Health around a simple problem: a treatment can exist in another health system and still be extremely difficult for a patient, family or physician to evaluate and access responsibly.

Vialen was built to make that gap reviewable: determine whether the additional path is real, bring the right clinical team into the decision, and organize access only when the case survives review.

At Vialen, Forrest leads product design, provider and institutional relationships, and the operating system behind selective cross-border treatment access.
