A website inquiry, email exchange, or case submission does not create a physician-patient relationship, guarantee treatment eligibility, reserve capacity, establish price, or commit any institution to review or treat a case.

PAID ACCESS EPISODE
A paid Vialen Treatment Access Episode, if opened, is governed by a separate written scope or program agreement. Clinical services are provided by the licensed physicians and institutions responsible for those services and may be contracted or billed separately.

TREATING-INSTITUTION AUTHORITY
Independent treating institutions and licensed clinicians make all clinical decisions, define requirements, provide consent information, and manage treatment.

PROGRAM INFORMATION
Program descriptions may change as evidence, regulation, capacity, intake requirements, and operating routes change. Vialen distinguishes verified pathways from programs in development.

ACCEPTABLE USE
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or submit information without authority. Do not transmit sensitive medical records through ordinary email or unsecured general forms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Vialen Health text, design, and original materials may not be reproduced for commercial use without permission. Third-party names and source references remain the property of their respective owners.

LIMITATION
To the extent permitted by law, Vialen is not responsible for decisions made solely from general website information, interruptions in site availability, or third-party websites reached through reference links.
