This notice explains how Golden Echoes Holding LLC, operating the Vialen Health brand (“Vialen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), handles information submitted through this website and initial case inquiries.

INFORMATION YOU CHOOSE TO PROVIDE
An initial inquiry may include your name, contact details, role, country, diagnosis category, treatment area of interest, and a concise non-sensitive question. Do not send medical records, images, pathology files, government identifiers, payment data, or other sensitive information through ordinary email or an unsecured general form.

HOW INFORMATION IS USED
Information may be used to respond to an inquiry, determine whether the request is relevant to a current Vialen treatment program, provide secure transfer instructions, organize a treatment-pathway discussion, maintain business records, and protect website or operational integrity.

CLINICAL INFORMATION
When a secure case-review route is appropriate, additional notices, consent, and transfer instructions may apply. Treating institutions maintain their own privacy practices and clinical records.

SHARING
Vialen does not sell case information. Information may be shared only as needed to operate a requested pathway, comply with law, protect rights and safety, or work with service providers supporting the requested process. Clinical information is not sent to a treating institution without an appropriate case-specific step.

RETENTION & SECURITY
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the inquiry, operating records, legal obligations, and security. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

YOUR CHOICES
You may ask to correct or delete ordinary contact information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
