A case is not sent to an outside clinical provider for review without an appropriate case-specific authorization or instruction.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Vialen first tests whether a materially different treatment capability exists outside the patient’s current care system and is current enough to justify formal clinical review. Most possibilities do not pass that threshold. If one does, we identify the exact next clinical review step. If records are needed, they are requested through a secure channel before any outside clinical review.
