What Satri-cel Is
Satricabtagene autoleucel (satri-cel) is a China-approved, CLDN18.2-targeted autologous CAR-T therapy for selected advanced gastric or gastro-oesophageal junction (GEJ) adenocarcinoma. It is the first CAR-T therapy approved for the treatment of a solid tumor.
Who a Review Is Typically Relevant For
Cases considered for structured review are generally later-line, HER2-negative and CLDN18.2-positive, with disease progression documented after at least two prior systemic treatment lines. The pivotal study enrolled patients with CLDN18.2 IHC staining intensity of 2+ or higher in at least 40% of tumor cells.
What Determines Actual Eligibility
Actual treatment eligibility is determined only by the treating clinical team, and depends on current disease state, performance status, organ function, and any infection, nutrition or ascites burden. Neither this page nor a Vialen intake form determines eligibility.
